HotHEAD™ CCTV cameras can operate on their own without any software. They can alert you that someone has an elevated temperature or isn't wearing a mask. The cameras would do this by playing an audio message from the camera itself, or for example by emailing you. However, in a live business environment most professional managers require a more structured approach like an instant notification on their desktop PC or another manager's PC. To do this you need the HotHEAD™ informer software.
The HotHEAD™ informer software is installed on a PC on the local area network. It then actively "listens" for HotHEAD™ cameras detecting people with high temperatures or who aren't wearing a mask.
As soon as the HotHEAD™ informer software receives a notification from a camera it then produces a pop up message (including image, camera location and temperature reading) on that PC to alert the operator. The business management or staff can then take the appropriate action.
The software can even play audio messages on the PC to attract a user's attention for added impact.
Displaying a picture of the person who has the elevated temperature or who isn't wearing a mask means the appropriate action can be taken. The HotHEAD™ informer software then stores the image and details in a database so it can be reviewed later if required or you can use it to monitor trends and offences to make the right business decisions and then take the most appropriate action.
If you're in retail or your business requires staff or customers to wear masks it also provides a positive automated solution to help with mask wearing enforcement.

The HotHEAD™ informer software comprises of a "server & client" component. For a single installation they are simply installed and work as one on the same PC. However if you require multiple computers to receive notifications when the camera detects a member of staff with a high temperature, you can install the server on one PC and the client for Pop-up notifications on the other.
